Grandmaster Mantak Chia developed the UNIVERSAL HEALING TAO® System to share the ancient energy practices transmitted to him by Chinese masters and teachers with his students and interested people. His sincere wish is that every individual should have the opportunity to promote the harmonious development of body, mind and spirit. Through these practices, the practitioner is enabled to build and maintain personal responsibility for their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
By learning harmonious nutrition and strengthening our inherent self-healing powers, a firm foundation is laid for our spiritual growth. By learning to connect directly with the natural energies around us, the subtle awareness that is essential for spiritual progress to occur spontaneously is created. Ultimately, the limitations of the physical body are increasingly dissolved through the accelerated development of the spirit body and the spiritual body.
Everyone becomes self-healing, is born a healer. As soon as the energy channels, or meridians, in the body are opened, the energies of the internal organs come back into harmony with each other. This unique, universal energy is available to heal other, damaged cells. By further connecting this universal energy with the energy sources around us in nature and from the universe, unlimited healing power will be available to all.
